The world of hospitality has fascinated me since my training as a hotel specialist at the Senats Hotel in Cologne. Afterwards I was able to gain valuable experience in various hotels in Germany and Switzerland and to learn about different hotel concepts. My focus has always been the Front Office and reception – where personal service, organisational talent and genuine hospitality come together. I am particularly captivated by direct contact with people and the opportunity to give guests special moments and unforgettable stays.
My professional path took me, among others, to the Excelsior Hotel Ernst in Cologne and the Platzl Hotel in Munich, before I moved to Klosters in 2009 to the Hotel Alpina. There I developed over several years up to Chief de Réception. Afterwards I was able to gain international experience as Front Office Manager in the Maldives and further broaden my horizons.
Since 2021 I have been part of Hotel Piz Buin Klosters and I lead the Front Office with great commitment, team spirit and joy in hosting. It is especially important to me to create an atmosphere in which guests feel personally noticed, warmly welcomed and completely at ease – from the first welcome to departure.
