«Hospitality has accompanied me for many years. After graduating from SHL Lucerne, my path took me across Switzerland with the aim of gaining experience, learning and taking the best from every place. Each stop shaped me and sharpened my eye for quality, service and genuine encounters.
My passion has been the front office and service from the very beginning. After two years as executive assistant at the Waldhotel National Arosa, I had the privilege of running the Hotel Pardenn in Klosters as Director for 16 years, followed by two and a half years at the Hotel Sport Klosters.
Since 2013 I have been Director of Hotel Piz Buin Klosters – a house that is more to me than a workplace. It is a place where people arrive, feel welcome and are meant to create memories.
My aim is simple and yet demanding: happy guests, motivated employees and satisfied owners. That this balancing act is not always easy is part of it, and that is precisely the appeal. True hospitality lives from passion, team spirit and the right people.»
