GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "BEST PRICE GUARANTEE"

If you book via our website (direct booking), we guarantee you the best price. Should you find an equivalent offer at a cheaper rate on another website 24 hours after booking your overnight stay via www.pizbuin-klosters.ch and inform us at least 48 hours before arrival, we will confirm the lower rate minus a 10% discount on the room rate. 


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPARISON RATE:

• The comparison rate can be booked directly and is found on a publicly available 
• identical hotel
• identical arrival and departure date
• identical room category and number of persons
• identical currency
• identical inclusive services
• identical payment conditions
• identical booking conditions (e.g. length of stay, advance booking period)
• identical cancellation and amendment conditions
   

THE FOLLOWING RATES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE "BEST PRICE GUARANTEE":

• Business rates
• Group rates (more than 7 rooms)
• Travel agency rates
• Online auctions
• Comparison rates from websites where the name of the hotel is only disclosed after the booking has been made
• Offers from websites that bundle accommodation into one package
• Websites or programmes that require registration or membership 
• Rates corresponding to sites that offer bank cheques as a form of payment
• Claims submitted within 24 hours of the first available check-in time for the corresponding reservation.

Please note that price differences due to different exchange rates or currency fluctuations cannot be considered. We reject claims where the price difference is less than CHF 10.00. 

SUBMIT A CLAIM
Please submit your claim by email to info@pizbuin-klosters.ch if your reservation fulfils all criteria. To check your request, we need the booking number and date of arrival as well as all details of the comparison rate such as link to the website and screenshot. 
 

Hotel Piz Buin reserves the right to change this "Best Price Guarantee" and the associated conditions at any time. We also reserve the sole right to determine whether a price qualifies as a comparison rate or a claim fulfils the conditions listed here.
The legal right to the Best Price Guarantee is excluded.
