NEW GASTRONOMY CONCEPT

Since the 2021 summer season, we have been climbing new gastronomic peaks together with Pascal Schmutz. He is an established gourmet chef who has been awarded 16 GaultMillau points and was "Discovery of the Year in German-speaking Switzerland" in 2010. He has developed an innovative gastronomy concept for our hotel. The focus of the culinary reorientation is on regional products and producers as well as the associated craftsmanship. A topic that is close to the heart of both Pascal Schmutz and the hotel management. The whirlwind of the Swiss gastronomic scene describes the kitchen style as follows: "With culinary roots from Switzerland, we lace the plate pointedly with flavours from all over the world." A highlight of the menu is Switzerland's first organic duck, which Schmutz launched last year together with Grisons farmer Roman Clavadetscher.

BÄR’S Café Bistro

The BÄR’S Café Bistro is the most popular rendezvous venue in Klosters. In addition to newly created drinks, there are also drinks specially made in the hotel kitchen. "I like being Miraculix the druid. And not just for juices. My goal is for the team to venture with me into nature and to our producers, to mix all the diversity of the region into the glass and on the plate, and not to forget the tried and tested international classics," Pascal Schmutz underlines his vision.

BÄR'S Restaurant

The new menu is based on selected local specialities and delicacies from various regions of the country. In general, Pascal Schmutz describes the style of cuisine for the hotel as follows: "With our culinary roots in Switzerland, we lace the dishes with flavours from all over the world. We conjure up an international touch on the plate with splashes of colour in the form of spices and flavours." For example, he serves Swiss Alpine salmon with a ponzu sauce (a Japanese citrus-based seasoning sauce), accompanied by a bergamot rolled barley and field vegetables. But the lunch menu also includes dishes from the kitchen of "Neni" (grandfather) as well as an uncomplicated tavolata.

GRIZZLY'S Bar

Starting from Christmas 2021 always open Fridays and Saturdays. Live concerts will follow every Saturday from January 8, 2022. Free entry.

Legendarily furnished in classic modern style, a great evening program awaits you here. Exuberant mood, good guests and surprising drinks. During the winter season we are here for you on Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm. Enjoy the private atmosphere and book your event or celebration with us. See you downstairs.

Children's playroom

The ‘guests of tomorrow’ are welcome to join us. Although we are not a typical children’s hotel, we are doing everything in our power so that the whole family really feels at ease while staying with us. While the parents enjoy a dinner in quiet the children can play in our playroom. The children's playroom is located on the same floor as the café, bistro and restaurant.
